OVERVIEW
OPERATION
1. Check that the power rating on the unit matches that of your local power supply, then plug the unit into the
mains power supply.
2. Before first use, wash the accessory containers, plate and lid.
3. Making sure that the base of the accessory is dry, place the appropriate container or plate on the unit,
depending on what you are planning to cook. Make sure the container is sitting properly on the heating
unit.
4. The accessories are stackable, and the lid can be used on both provided containers.
5. To start cooking, turn the Heating Control Dial clockwise to the desired setting.
6. To turn off the unit, turn the Heating Control Dial all the way anti-clockwise, then unplug the power plug
from the power supply.
CLEANING
1. Unplug the appliance and let it cool down before cleaning.
2. Clean the outside of the base unit and the lid with a damp cloth, then dry thoroughly.
3. Never use abrasive pads or harsh chemicals to clean the product.
4. Wash the steaming container, cooking container and frying plate with hot water and dishwashing liquid.
Rinse and dry carefully.
5. Do not immerse the base unit in water or any other liquid.
