Bu bölümde yük hücresi, röle, giriş sinyali, çıkış sinyali testleri ve fabrika
ayarlarına dönüş, güncelleme işlemleri yapılır.
In this section load cell, relay, input signal, output signal tests and return to factory
settings, update operations are done.
Yük Hücresi Testi
/ Loadcell Testing
Servis / Yük Hücresi Testi
Yük hücresi sinyali mV/V birimli olarak ekranda
görülür.
tuşu ile dara alınır.
tuşu ile yük
hücresi gürültü düzeyi ölçülür. 5 saniye yük
hücresinden gelen değerlerin en büyük ve en küçük değerleri arasındaki
fark ekranda gösterilir. Bu test sırasında sarsıntıya neden olabilecek
etkileri yok etmelisiniz. Menüden çıkmak için
tuşuna basılır.
Service / Loadcell Test
The loadcell signal is displayed in units of mV/V. Press the
key to Tare. The loadcell noise level is measured with the
key. The difference between the largest and smallest values of
the values from the loadcell for 5 seconds is displayed on the screen. During this
test you should eliminate the effects that may cause vibration. Press
key to
exit the menu.
Röle Testi
/ Relays Test
Servis / Röle Testi
Röle çıkış testi yapılır.
tuşuna basılır. Evet
seçeneği
tuşu ile seçilir.

Giriş Sinyali Testi

Servis / Giriş Sinyali Testi
Giriş sinyali testi yapılır.

dört giriş sinyalinin durumları gözlenir. Menüden
çıkmak için

Service / Inputs Signal Test
Input signal test is done.
key is pressed. The status of the
four input signals is displayed on the screen. Press
key to
exit from the menu
Haberleşme Testi
/ Comm Test
Servis / Haberleşme Testi
Haberleşme testi yapılır.
tuşuna basılır. Ekranda
seri porttan gelen son data bilgisini karşılığı
görüntülenir. Terminalden belirli bir karakter bönderilerek test yapılır.
Menüden çıkmak için
tuşuna basılır.
Service / Comm Test
Comm test is done.
key is pressed. The last income
character is shown on the screen. Using a terminal a know
character is send. Press
key to exit from the menu
Fabrika Ayarlarına Dönüş
/ Factory Settings

s / Fabrika Ayarlarına Dönüş (Hayır, Ayarlar, Hepsi)
Cihaz parametreleri Fabrika Ayarlarına döndürülür.
ile HAYIR, HEPSİ, AYARLAR seçeneklerinden biri
seçilir.

: Fabrika ayarlarına dönülmez.
AYARLAR
: Kalibrasyon, kazanç değeri ve program modu hariç diğer
parametreler fabrika ayarlarına döner.
HEPSİ
: Tüm parametreler fabrika ayarlarına döner.
Service / Factory Defaults (No, Setups, All)
The device parameters are restored to Factory Settings. NO,
SETUPS, and ALL are selected by pressing
key. Then
key pressed.
NO:
The factory settings will not be restored.
SETUPS:
All parameters except calibration, gain value and program mode returns
to factory settings.
ALL:
All parameters return to factory settings.

/ Firmware Update

Yazılım güncellemesi bu menü ile gerçekleşir.
tuşuna basılır. Evet seçeneği
tuşu ile seçilir.
tuşuna basılır. Bilgisayar tarafı için Yazılım Güncelleme dokümanını
inceleyiniz.
Service / Firmware Upgrade
Software update is done with this menu.

change the selection as Yes. Check the Software Update
document for the computer side.
Program Modunu Değiştirmek
/ Change Program Mode
Cihaza ilk enerji verildiğinde
tuşu basılı tutulur.
Ekranda PROGRAM menüsü yanıp
sönerken tuşa basmaya devam ediniz. Mevcut program modu ekranda
görülecektir. TARTI, DOLUM, TUMBA, REÇETE seçeneklerinden biri
tuşu ile seçilir.

TARTI
: Set edilen değerlerin üzerinde veya altında röle kontrolü yapılır.
DOLUM
: Torba dolum yazılımı.
TUMBA
: Randıman (Hopper) yazılımı.
RECETE
: 3 farklı ürün karışımı (Batching) yazılımı.
The
key is held pressed when the device is first powered
up. The PROGRAM menu flashes on the screen. Keep pressing
the
key while it is extinguishing. The current program
mode will be displayed on the screen. One of the options SCALE, FILL, HOPPER,
RECIPE is selected with
key. Confirm with
key.
SCALE
: Relays are controlled above or below the set values.
FILL
: Bag filling software.
HOPPER
: Hopper software.
RECIPE
: 3 different product mixing (Batching) software.
