Installing the Front Wheel
Next, remove the nuts and washers from the front wheel axle. There should
be a nut, one flat washer, and one keyed washer per side. You will also need to
find the black metal stay for the basket to complete this step.
Insert the axle into the slots on the bottom of the fork. First, install the keyed
washer so that the hooked end faces in, toward the fork, and rests in the small
hole above the axle slots, as shown below.
