Troubleshooting Cont.
Unable to Make Calls
• If you do not hear standard dial tone when off hook, then your service has a problem.
Contact your service provider if you think this is the problem.
• Do you have telephone extensions connected to the WVLink? If so, one of those may
be off hook (the WVLink Hook LED will show this information).
Noise Interference during a call
• Make sure that the handset being used is at least 2 feet away from the WVLink unit to
prevent noise interference caused by the unit.
No Power
• Is the power supply connected to the unit? Make sure power is available and that the
power supply is properly connected to the WVLink.
• The power supply is connected but the unit still has no power. Make sure the circuit is
functioning to the power supply. Check breakers and contact your power company.
Power may be off at location.
