2008 Kawasaki ZX10R - PCIII USB EX - 2
The ignition must be turned OFF before
installation.
1
Remove the main seat and the passenger seat.

Remove the right hand side tail section as
shown in Figure A.
3
Prop the front of the fuel tank up.
4
Remove the pins on the underside tail section
as shown in Figure B.
5
Route the PCIII USB EX harness between the
underside tail section and sub frame as shown
in Figure C.
Continue routing the harness down the right
hand side of the bike towards the throttle
bodies.
