CAN bus distributor for SLK vehicles
Remove the side panel on the left in the driver‘s footwell (2x T20/T25 Torx). One screw is located
in the middle, the other at the top of the edge. Carefully remove the plastic cap over the screw in
the middle with a screwdriver or pocket knife. Pull out side panel to the left and down: It‘s snagged
on other parts.
Pull the carpet upwards and open the cover of the black plastic channel underneath by unhooking
it. The lid is held in place by plastic hooks (marked).
The CAN bus distributors are located in the channel. Pull the marked distributor upwards out of its
socket.
