STEP 2:

Attach one snap cap on either end

of the rear axle by carefully pounding it with

a hammer. Slide one plastic hub washer and

then one steel washer onto the axle towards the

snap cap. Next slide on one rear wheel followed

by one plastic spacer. Slide the axle assembly

through the rear deck of the tricycle. Next install

one plastic spacer, the other wheel, the other

steel washer, and the plastic hub washer onto

the axle. With the previously installed snap cap

on level ground use a hammer and carefully

pound the second snap cap onto the other end

of the rear axle.

STEP 3:

  Insert the

rear axle into the slots

provided on the frame.

Make sure that the seat

mounts on the frame

are oriented facing

upwards. Insert the 2

carriage bolts into the 2

holes provided. Attach

nuts and washers and

tighten down securely

with a wrench.

STEP 4:

  Insert the

fork into the bottom of

the frame. Slide a plastic

washer followed by a

locking ring over the top

of the fork. Insert the

handlebar into the fork.

Ensure that the minimum

insertion line is below the

locking ring. Make sure

the fork is flush with the

bottom of the frame and

tighten the locking ring with a wrench.

 WARNING:

Failure to properly install the handlebar to the

fork can result in the handlebars falling off and causing risk of injury.

Periodically check to ensure that the handlebar is securely attached.
