11.8 Idler Wheel Replacement
(1) Remove the cross bar. (refer to 11.7 above)
(2) Use #13 Double Open-End Wrench to loosen nyloc nut M8x9T on the hook screws to remove belt.
Use #13 wrench Double Open-End Wrench to remove screws M8x20, nyloc nut M8x7T and flat
washer 5/16”x20x1.5T to remove the Idler wheel.

Reassemble parts in the reverse order as disassembly, tighten the nyloc nuts M8x9T on top of the
hook screws, flick the belt for crisp sound to check tightness or use a sound measuring device to
measure at 190HZ(±10), reassemble the remaining parts.
