Put the polishing accessory on the sanding plate

Follow the rules below:

the polishing layer should be on top (adhesive
surface of sanding plate

the brims of polishing accessory and sanding

must match�
•
Firmly press the polishing accessory against the
surface of sanding plate

Attention: when pressing the sheet,
ensure that the polishing accessory
remains properly placed on sanding
plate 6.
Using the dust bag
During work, always use dust bag

One should monitor dust level in dust bag

and empty
the bag at relevant time, taking the aforesaid precau-
tions�
Mounting / dismounting of the dust bag (see
fig. 5)

To mount, insert the connecting pipe of dust bag

into the dust removal port

To dismount, pull out the connecting pipe of dust
bag

from dust removal port

Emptying the dust bag (see fig. 6)

Disconnect the power tool and remove dust bag

the manner described above�

Remove textile bag

Taking the precautions described above, empty the
content of textile bag

by shaking, for better results,
turn the bag inside out and use a soft brush to clean it�
When washing textile dust bag 14, use it only after
the bag has dried completely.

Initial operating
of the power tool
Always use the correct supply voltage: the power sup-
ply voltage must match the information quoted on the
power tool identification plate.
Switching the power
tool on / off

Switching on:
Move forward on / off switch 4�

Move backward on / off switch 4�

Short-term switching on / off
To switch on, press and hold on / off switch 4, to switch
off - release it�
Long-term switching on / off
Switching on:
Push on / off switch 4 and lock it in the position with
lock-on button

Dust suction during
the power tool operation
Dust collection decreases dust concentra-
tion in the air and prevents build up of dust at
the work station�
Use of vacuum cleaner
During prolonged wood machining or when processing
materials that produce dusts hazardous to health, the
power tool should be connected to a proper vacuum
cleaner�
Given power tools may cooperate with the vacuum
cleaner only when used with a relevant connector�
One should monitor dust level in the bag and empty the
bag at relevant time, taking the aforesaid precautions�

Oscillation rate regulator

The oscillation rate regulator 9 is purported to set the
desired oscillation rate of sanding plate

Push on / off switch 4 and lock it in the position with
lock-on button

Set the desired oscillation rate�
The required oscillation rate depends on the type of
processed material, work conditions and must be set
on the basis of practical trials for best results�
During prolonged work at low oscillation rate, one
should allow the power tool to cool down for 3 minutes�
For this purpose, set the maximum oscillation rate and
allow the power tool to work without load�

Sanding sheet selection
Prior to commencement of work, select the sanding
sheet

type that is most suitable for the processed
material or surface� The type of sanding sheet

is
specified on the package. One may also ask the ven
-
dor for more information�
Various works require the use of sanding sheet

of
different coarseness, allowing a surface of required
smoothness to be obtained� The best method to select
sanding sheet, is to practically test for best results�
