Network Setup
Video Network Setup
If VIDEO was selected in the Network Selection step, the Network Setup screen is
displayed.

1. DHCP
The Horizon Server can act as its own DHCP server. By selecting YES, the
Horizon will automatically set IP addresses for cameras and client workstations
that are connected to the VIDEO network.
Notes:
i.
The DHCP Server is configured to act ONLY on the VIDEO NIC.
ii.
If DHCP is chosen, it is recommended to have all cameras attached to the switch
and powered up prior to completing the Wizard.
2. Setting up Network IP Address
The Video NIC of the Horizon Server is already set with a
default IP address
192.168.50.10.
If you want to change it, enter the IP address and Subnet mask in the
corresponding fields.
Note
: If the Horizon server is being launched in a staging environment, please set up
the IP address and Subnet mask that will be used at the customer site.
