Trouble Shooting
Fault
Compressed air supply
broken.
Electric supply broken.
Wrong voltage connected.
Electrical supply is not
connected.
The motor protection tipped.
Electrical power does not
reach the machine.
Electrical disconnect locked
out.
Incorrect fuse.
The thermal overload
incorrectly set.
Suction tubing not
connected.
Plugged tubing or hoses.
There is no plastic sack or
container attached to the
fi ler unit.
Fan rotation backwards.
Leakage in the ductwork.
Plugged fi lters.
Foreign matter in the
machine.
Filter is damaged, perforated
or is not tightly mounted.
Problem
Filter cleaning does not
function.
Motor will not run.
The motor stops directly after
starting.
Motor runs but no suction.
Pump runs but poor suction.
Abnormal sound from the
machine.
Machine blows dust.
Solution
Check solenoid valve, hoses,
connection and compressor.
Check solenoid valve, cables, con-
nections, fusing and transformer.
Please check.
Connect.
Reset the motor protection.
A qualifi ed electrician should check
supply.
Find the person responsible for the
lock out and check to see if system
is clear for operation. Reverse the
lock out.
Change to correct fuse rating and
type.
Electrician should be called for
investigate.
Connect the tubing.
Clean.
Connect a plastic sack or a
container.
Electrician should take care of.
Locate and repair.
Check the fi lters and clean or
change if necessary.
Turn off the machine and order
service.
Check fi lter or exchange the cart-
ridge if necessary.
