Turn eco mode off

The gas valve is located above the recoil start on the
bottom of the fuel tank. Rotate the valve counter clockwise
to the horizontal position to stop the flow of gasoline to
the carburetor.

Switch start selector to Run

Turn the Start Switch knob to Run.

Pull recoil

Pull the recoil start handle briskley. It may take 2 to 3 pulls
to the unit to start.
