• Countdown model:

Press “ MODE ” key , it can be selected in turn : time countdown 、 distance countdown 、 calorie

countdown.The corresponding window display default and twinkling.This moment ,press“SPEED - +”key key

to adjust to your need.Press START key,After 3 seconds countdown,,treadmill will start work from minimum

speed .Press “ SPEED - + ” “ 3 6 9 12 ” .The treadmill will be working with slow speed down to stop when

numerical countdown to zero .Of course ,you can press“ STOP” key or disconnect the safety key directly to

stop working.

• Built-in program:

Press the "PROG" button, select any one of the P1---P18 is the built-in program, when the TIME window

shows the default value and flashing, press the "SPEED +" button to adjust the required exercise time. The built-

in program is divided into 16 sections, each running time is set time /16. Press "START/STOP" key, the treadmill

at 3 seconds after the first period of the countdown to start running speed and slope, when the end of a run,

automatically enter a running speed and slope is automatically adjusted to the section of the numerical. All

entered into the fat mode.Press the Mode key to select the parameter category ("Gender", "Age", "Height",

"Weight"),Corresponding “INCL/PULSE” window will display“-1-”,“-2-”、“-3-”“-4-”.

Select the parameter class for each parameter, press the speed plus or minus key to adjust the parameter value

(DIST / CAL window shows the parameter value).When you have adjusted all the parameters, press the mode

key again. The corresponding window will be displayed "-5" and "---", said into the state to be measured, then
