Adjusting the trimming section (when “trimming on” has been selected)
After the step mode is complete in the DBM-600, a booklet stops at the stopper of the DBM-600T. If
necessary, make the following adjustments.
Set the trimming for the step mode to on to adjust the trimming section
. When set to off,
fore-edge trimming is not performed.

Check that the paper touches the
stopper.
If not, adjust the conveyance stop timing on
the control panel of the DBM-600
or the PC
CONTROLLER.

Press the
key.
The fore-edge of the booklet is trimmed and
sent to the stacker or the downstream unit.

Check the finished booklet.

Check the binding state of the booklets made using the step mode.
7-1. When paper does not align
When paper alignment is poor, adjust the stitching side guides, stitching back guide, folding side guides or
folding back guide and increase the number of jogs.
