4. Preparing the DBM-600T for Operation
If the trimming width is 25 mm/0.98 inch or longer, follow the procedures below before trimming.

Loosen the infeed roller unit knob
screw.

While lifting the infeed roller unit, move
the angle to the non-operator’s side to
place the infeed roller unit on the angle.

Tighten the infeed roller unit knob
screw.
When paper jams
After the infeed roller unit is raised, a paper jam may occur or a booklet may stop under the infeed roller
unit. In that case, widen the roller gap.

Press the key when [Ready] or
[Processing] is displayed as a machine
status.
The screen for adjusting a roller gap will be
displayed.

Narrow the roller gap using the key.

When the adjustment is complete, press
the key or
key.
The screen returns to the top.
If the problem is not solved, follow the procedures below.
1) Remove the infeed roller unit.

2) Loosen the support roller knob screw and
move it downward.
The support rollers will be lowered.
3) Tighten the support roller knob screw.
4) Put back the infeed roller unit to its original
place.
