Chapter 5 Trouble Guide

The knife comes up and stops.

Open the top cover and remove the booklet by hand.

B.  When you cannot remove a booklet

When you cannot remove a booklet easily, remove the infeed roller unit in the following way.

1 

Loosen the knob screw of the duct 

unit, then remove the duct unit pulling 

upward.

2 

Press down the shaft to remove the 

spring from the frame.

3 

While lifting the infeed roller unit, 

push the shaft to the operator’s side to 

remove the unit.
