Gather up your synthetic palm thatch pieces.

Add the next piece of thatch overlapping the last piece 

by a couple inches.

(To keep the thatch level you can use the roof board as a 

guide for a straight line)

Place the thatch onto the roof with the synthetic palm 

leaves hanging over the bottom as in picture.

Secure with staples

Please note you are going to want to use a lot of 

staples to hold thatch pieces to the roof.
