18. With a helper, wrap the second band around
the bottom of the shower and connect the ends in
the same manner as the top band.
Make sure the bands are 2” from the top and
bottom all the way around the shower.
Using a wrench or impact driver, tighten each
band a little at a time, starting with the bottom.
Tighten the band in stages- bottom first then top.
Work around the shower, hitting each stave with a
firm tap on the bottom band, you will see each
stave sit a little tighter.
Follow the same procedure for the top band.
Use a wrench to ensure both bands are very
tight. Hearing the wood “creak” is common.
19. Attach the optional shower head assembly to
the shower according to the manufacturers
instructions.
