Scomposizione corpo
farfallato
Per rimuovere il kit tubazioni (3) dal
corpo farfallato ruotare in senso
antiorario con molta prudenza i
cornetti di aspirazione per sganciarli
dalle mollette di ritegno.
Importante
Quando si rimuovono i cornetti
di aspirazione fare molta attenzione a
non danneggiare la tubazione
torcendola eccessivamente.
Scollegare il connettore del
potenziometro (M) e rimuovere il kit
tubazioni e cornetti di aspirazione (3)
con cablaggio (9).
Per separare il cablaggio iniettori (9)
dal kit tubazione (3) è necessario
rimuovere le fascette (7) e scollegare
i connettori degli inettori (L).
Il potenziometro (M) non è fornito
singolarmente a ricambio. Per la
regolazione e l'azzeramento del
potenziometro vedere Sezione D 4.
Ricomposizione corpo
farfallato
Se il cablaggio iniettori (9) è stato
separato dal kit tubazione (3) unirli
fissandoli con le fascette (7) nei punti
evidenziati in figura.
Note
Fare molta attenzione
all'anello (G) che identifica il
connettore dell'iniettore verticale.
Collegare i connettori (L) ai rispettivi
iniettori.
Montare i cornetti del kit tubazione (3)
sul corpo farfallato ruotandoli in senso
orario.
Importante
Fare molta attenzione a non
danneggiare i tubi di alimentazione
del kit tubazione (3). Una volta
montato controllare accuratamente
che la tubazione non abbia
screpolature o tagli.
Note
Durante la rotazione tenere
premuti i cornetti in modo da vincere
la resistenza opposta dalle mollette
del corpo farfallato.
Se è stato rimosso il gommino (16)
rimontarlo sul connettore principale (A)
inserendo i suoi lembi sopra gli angoli
del connettore stesso.
Collegare il connettore al
potenziometro (M).
Disassembly of the
throttle body
To remove the pipe kit (3) from the
throttle body, turn the intake horns
carefully counterclockwise to release
them from their clips.
Important
Take care not to damage the
horns by twisting them too far.
Disconnect the connector of
potentiometer (M) and remove the
pipe kit and intake horns (3) complete
with the wiring (9).
To separate the injector wiring (9)
from the pipe kit (3), remove the
ties (7) and disconnect the
connectors from the injectors (L).
The potentiometer (M) is not supplied
as a single spare part. For adjusting
and resetting the potentiometer,
see Section D 4.
Reassembling the throttle body
If the injector wiring (9) has been
separated from the pipes kit (3), tie
them together using cable ties (7) at
the points indicated in the figure.
Notes
Note the ring (G) identifying
the vertical injector connector.
Connect the connectors (L) to their
respective injectors.
Fit the intake horns (3) to the throttle
body by turning them clockwise.
Important
Take care not to damage
the fuel pipes of the pipes kit (3).
After fitting the pipes, check them
for kinks or breaks.
Notes
While turning the intake horns,
press them in so as to overcome the
resistance of the throttle body clips.
If the rubber (16) has been removed,
refit it to the main connector (A),
inserting its inner lips over the
corners of the connector itself.
Connect the connector to the
potentiometer (M).
