Smontaggio specchietti
retrovisori
Svitare la vite (4) di sicurezza dello
specchio retrovisore (8).
Togliere il gommino di protezione (3)
e scollegare i faston (A) dell’indicatore
di direzione dal cablaggio.
Sganciare lo specchio retrovisore (8)
disimpegnando i perni di fissaggio (B)
dalle mollette (
6 ).
Durante lo smontaggio fare
attenzione a non perdere o
danneggiare la guarnizione (19).
Riporre gli specchi avvolgendoli con
materiale protettivo per evitare di
danneggiarli.
Eseguire le stesse operazioni per
rimuovere l’altro specchio.
Rimontaggio specchi
retrovisori
Posizionare lo specchio retrovisore
sul cupolino inserendo il cablaggio
dell’indicatore di direzione
nell’apposito foro sul cupolino.
Assicurarsi che tra specchio e cupolino
sia montata la guarnizione (19).
Agganciare i perni (B)
nelle mollette ( 6 )
del cupolino.
Collegare i faston (A) dell’indicatore di
di direzione anteriore al cablaggio.
Rimontare il gommino di protezione (3).
Serrare alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C3)
la vite (4) di sicurezza, applicando
frenafiletti prescritto.
Eseguire le stesse operazioni per
rimontare l’altro specchio.
Removing rear-view
mirrors
Unscrew the rear-view mirror (8)
retaining screw (4).
Slip off the rubber gaiter (3) and
disconnect the turn indicator faston
connectors (A) from the cabling.
Release the rear view mirror (8) by
disengaging the mounting pins (B)
from the springs (
6 ).
During disassembly, make sure not
to lose or damage the gasket (19).
Replace the mirrors; wrap them
with protective materials to avoid
damaging them.
Repeat the process for the other
rear-view mirror.
Refitting the rear-view
mirrors
Fit the rear view mirror to the front
fairing, fitting the turn indicator cabling
through its hole in the front fairing.
Make sure that the gasket (19) is
fitted between the mirror and the
fairing itself.
Engage the pins (B)
with the springs ( 6 )
on the fairing.
Connect the front turn indicator
faston connectors (A) to the cabling.
Refit the rubber protector (3).
Tighten to the specified torque
(Sect. C3) the safety screw (4), and
apply the prescribed threadlocker.
Repeat the process for the other
rear-view mirror.
