OPERATION
Press
RELEASE and pull away from the right side to
remove. To re-install, insert left side of faceplate first then
push right side to secure.
Press
POWER to turn the unit on/off.
Press
POWER or TAPE to begin or resume cassette
playback.
Press
POWER or BAND to begin or resume tuner operation.
Press
POWER or CDC to begin or resume CD playback.
(Optional 6-disc changer required - sold separately).
Press
LOUD to activate and deactivate the loudness contour
curve. Activating this feature will enhance the bass and
treble frequencies when listening to music at low volumes.
Adjust volume using
VOLUME
▲
or
▼
(V00-32).
Press
MUTE to silence the audio. Press any button to cancel.
Press
DISP to select between displaying the clock or
frequency (tuner mode), clock or TAPE (cassette mode) or
CD elapsed time or track (CD changer mode).
With the unit in tuner or tape mode, press
DISP to display
the clock, then release. Press and hold
DISP until the colon
stops flashing, then release. Press
TUNE >> to adjust the
hours and
TUNE << to adjust the minutes. Press DISP
momentarily to save the selected time.

Set the Clock
