Packaging
The DT520 is packaged with recyclable materials and designed for maximum protec ti on in •
transporta ti on and handling.
When possible, please save the packaging carton and protec ti ve inserts for re-use if there is ever •
a need to ship the DT520.
I/O Panels
Lower I/O Panel
The DT520 has a comprehensive set of I/O ports. The following ports are located along the lower
rear edge of the display unit.
Serial port 1.
Audio-out jack 2.
Microphone-in jack 3.
Four (4) USB 2.0 ports 4.
Enternet port 5.
DC in jack 6.
Fuse 7.
DC power inlet 8.

The front panel of the DT520 features power and programmable bu tt ons.

Rear Moun ti ng
The DT520 is designed to be secured to VESA-compliant moun ti ng arms or stands. The VESA-
compliant moun ti ng holes at the rear of the device will mate with VESA mounts or arms to meet
the requirements of the deployment.

• epending on the OS, a brief, fi rm push will trigger so ft ware-enabled entry into Shutdown
or Standby modes. Push in similar manner to Restart or to exit Standby mode.

• ush and hold for over 4 seconds to forcefully shut down the device. This method of
powering o ff should only be used when proper shutdown through so ft ware is not possible.
