2. LCD screen shows a faint black line after turning
from TEST to ON
The LCD will turn off when you slide the switch to the ON
position. In some cases, this black line will appear and
then fade in about 1second. This is normal and the
camera will function properly.
3. Screen comes on but then goes white and is
unresponsive. Or display defect content.
a. Remove the battery and reinstall it.
b. If the camera continues to show issues, please contact
our customer service.
Target Recording or Time Lapse Not
Working Properly
Make sure that the stop and start times of Target
recording time do not overlap (for example, do not set
the start time to 8AM if the stop time is 10AM).
Corrupt Files
Corrupt picture or video files recorded onto the SD card
typically have lines through the images.
