2) CALIBRATION METHOD
IF “SET/CAL” IS PRESSED ON S&C MODE, THE INDICATOR SHOWS “D XX”.
THE CALIBRATION IS DIVIDED TO 7 STEPS, AND THEN WHEN EACH STEP
IS DONE IN ORDER, AND THE LAST “END” IS INDICATED, THE PERFECT
CALIBRATION GETS TO BE FINISHED.
BE SURE TO USE “SET/CAL” KEY FOR THE PROGRESS OF EACH STEP,
AND “CLR” KEY FOR MOVING MODE TO THE FORMER STEP.
1. STEP : SETTINT-UP THE VALUE OF 1 SCALE (D)
2. STEP : SETTING UP THE WHOLE WEIGHT (CAPA)
USE THE NUMERICAL KEY AND PERFORM THE INPUT.
IF “SET/CAL” KEY IS PRESSED IN THE COMPLETION OF INPUT, IT IS
ENTERED INTOMEMORY, AND AT THE SAME TIME, IS TOWARD THE NEXT STEP.
3. STEP : IT INDICATES DEAD LOAD. (DEAD)
THE INDICATOR SHOWS THE CURRENT ZERO STATE, AND THEN DEVICE SO AS
THAT THIS VALUE CA HAVE THAT BETWEEN 1000-9000. (THE VALUE OF ZERO
DESIRALE IS 5000.)
4. STEP : ENTER THE INPUT OF WEIGHT OF SCALE FOR SPAN ADJUSTING (SPAN).
HOWEVER, BE SURE TO SET UP THE VALUE WHICH IS SIMILAR TO TOTAL.
WEIGHT OR IS MORE THAN 80% OF TOTAL WEIGHT AT LEAST.
5. STEP : SHOWING “UP” IN THE INDICATOR. (UP)
PUT THE SPAN ADJUSTING SCALE ON LOAD CELL.
6. STEP : SPAN ADJUSTING CONSTANT CALCULATION
IT CALCULATION THE CONSTANT AND SHOWS THE CONSTANT VALUE ON THE
INDICATOR. IF THIS PRICE IS LARGER THE “2.5, XXXX”, THE INDICATOR
SHOWS ERR-6.
THE CONSTANT VALUE DESIRABLE IS THAT BETWEEN 0.5-1.
IN CASE THE CONSTANT FOR SPAN ADJUSTING IS DELELTED, THE CALIBRATION
IS NOT DONE, AND THEN THE WEIGHT CAN BE ADJUSTED AS IT MEMORIZES
THE CONSTANT FOR SPAN ADJUSTING. (TO ADJUST THE WEIGHT IS F-99)
7. STEP : THE CALCULATION OF CONSTANT IS COMPLETED, AND THEN THE CONSTANT
VALUE IS INDICATED. AND THE, “END” MSG IS INDICATED, AMD IF THE SCALE
IS TAKEN OFF, AND “SET/CAL” KEY IS PRESSED, IT IS OPERATED TO
NORMAL MODE (USER MODE).
