Do not slide the pans across the hob. The hob could be scratched.

Do not drop the pans or allow them to be knocked violently in order to prevent dama-
ges to property or material.

Only ever use suitable cooking and frying utensils such as spatulas or wooden coo-
king spoons for cooking and frying. Note: It is possible to use metal kitchen aids.
However, to ensure a particularly long useful service life for your pans and kitchen-
ware, we recommend the use of kitchen aids made of wood or plastic.

Never pour cold water into the pans when they are still hot. The coating could peel off.

Before Initial Use
1. Unpack all parts and check the items supplied to make sure they are complete (see
the “Items Supplied” chapter); also check for transport damage. If you
fi
nd any da-
mage to the components, do not use them (!), but contact the customer service de-
partment.
2. There may still be some production residues on the pans. You should therefore clean
the pans thoroughly before
fi
rst use (see the „Cleaning and Storage“ chapter).
Removing / Attaching the Pan Handle
CAUTION!

Burn hazard! The pans become hot during use. For this reason, be careful when
removing or mounting the pan handles.
1. Removing the pan handle: Release the catch (

pressing it away from the pan with your thumb (in the
direction of the arrow; see picture). Hold the catch
pressed down and as you do this remove the handle
up and away from the pan.
