not

suitable for use in the microwave.

The articles are designed for private use and are not intended
for commercial use.

Only use the articles as instructed. Any other use is deemed
improper.

The following are excluded from the warranty: all defects
caused  by  improper  handling,  damage  or  unauthorised  att-
empts to repair. The same applies for normal wear.

Safety and care notes

CAUTION: Danger of suffocation! Keep children and animals
away from the packaging material.

CAUTION: Danger of burns! The pans will become hot during
use. You should therefore only ever touch the pans by the
handles. As a precaution use oven cloth or gloves.

CAUTION: Danger of burns! Be particularly careful when car-
rying a pan with hot contents.

In the event of a

fi

re: Do not use water to put it out but smother

the

fl

ames with a blanket or similar towel.

Avoid overheating. Heating the products when empty or eva-
porating all liquid may cause the material to overheat. This
may cause material damage and generation of smoke. In this
case, switch off the stove immediately and ensure adequate
ventilation.

Keep in mind that induction stoves have a higher heating rate
than other stove types. Never leave the pans unattended du-
ring use.

Noises can be generated due to the electromagnetic characte-
ristics of induction stoves and induction cookware. These noi-
ses are caused by the technical design of the induction stove
and induction cookware and are no signs of malfunction.

Check the bottoms of the pans for damages prior to every use!
Do not use a pan in case the bottom is scratched, damaged or
uneven. The hob could get damaged.

Do not slide a pan across the hob. The hob could be scratched.

Only ever use suitable frying utensils such as spatulas or woo-
den cooking spoons for frying.

Note: It is possible to use metal kitchen aids. However, to en-
sure a particularly long useful service life for your pans and
kitchenware, we recommend the use of kitchen aids made of
wood or plastic.

Never pour cold water into the pans when they are still hot. This
could cause the coat to rupture.

Do not drop the articles and do not allow them to be knocked
violently.

Do not use the articles if they are damaged.

The articles are dishwasher-safe. However, repeated washing
with detergents in the dishwasher may attack the coating of the
pans and have a detrimental effect on

fi

 ttings.

Do not leave the spatula in a hot pan.

approx. 22 cm)

spatula

Before Initial Use

1.  Unpack all parts and make sure that the product contents are

complete (see “Product Contents”) and check for any damages
from transport. If you identify damages to the components, do
not use them (!), instead contact the customer service centre.

2.  Mount the handles to the pans:

Place the spring ring onto the screw.

Screw tighten the connecting piece
and the handle to the pan using the
screw as shown.

3.  The articles may still have potential residues from production

stuck to them. In order to protect your health, boil the pans
once with water prior to

fi

rst use. Afterwards, clean them thor-

oughly (see section “Cleaning and Storage”).

Use

1.  First warm the pan up a little.
2.  Pour fat into the empty pan and then select the required frying/

cooking temperature; this will prevent overheating.

3.  Once the fat has spread evenly, add the food to be fried and

reduce the temperature.

4.  Initially the food to be fried will stick to the pan, but after a few

seconds it will detach itself. Only then should you turn it and

fi

nish frying at a lower setting.

Cleaning and Storage

CAUTION!

Danger of burns! Allow the pans to cool down completely be-
fore you clean them.

Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents or cleaning
pads for cleaning. These could damage the surface.

•  Do not allow any leftover food to dry on in order to make clean-

ing easier. Wash the articles immediately after use. If there are
still some caked residues: soak in hot water before cleaning.

•  Clean the articles with mild detergent and warm water or in the

dishwasher.

•  Dry the articles immediately so that no limescale begins to

form.

•  Store in a dry, clean place.

The packaging material is recyclable. Dispose of the pack-
aging in an environmentally-friendly manner and make it
available for the recyclable material collection-service.
