Charging the quadrocopter
PLEASE NOTE

Do not connect the quadrocopter to a computer, as the high charging current could
damage the computer.
A USB cable is included for connecting the quadrocopter to an outlet. A USB power
adapter (not included) that is in conformance with the technical data of the quadrocop-
ter (see type plate or the chapter “Technical data”) is required.
1. Hold the on/off switch (

) on the quadrocopter for approximately 2 seconds to turn
the quadrocopter off . The LEDs (
X
) will go out.
2. Plug the coaxial end of the USB cable into the quadrocopter’s charging socket (
X
)
and the USB plug into the socket of a USB power adapter.
3. Connect the power adapter to an easily accessible power outlet. The red LED is lit
while the battery is charging.
4. Do not charge quadrocopter’s battery for longer than 45 minutes. The LED on the
quadrocopter will go out when the battery is fully charged.
5. First disconnect the power adapter from the power outlet and then remove the USB
cable from the quadrocopter.
Usage
1. Hold the on/off switch (

) on the quadrocopter for approximately 2 seconds to turn
the quadrocopter on. The LEDs (

) will fl ash alternately. When the green LED is lit,
the quadrocopter can be fl own.
Tapping the on/off switch allows you to switch between the green and blue
LEDs. The blue LED makes the lighting eff ect of the housing (

) more visible
in the dark.
2. Gently toss the quadrocopter upwards to activate the propellers (

).
3. The quadrocopter can be steered using hand and foot movements that are regis-
tered by the sensors (

,

).
4. To deactivate the propellers, turn the quadrocopter upside down so that the propel-
lers are faced downwards.
