• We recommend only using the programme 3 for your first workout week to give
your muscle groups time to adjust to the new workout.
• We recommend that beginners complete a maximum of 1-2 workouts per day. There
should be at least a 4-hour break between workouts.
• When starting out, only stimulate each muscle group for no more than 10 minutes
per workout.
• Of course you can adjust the workout programme to your own level of fitness.
• We also recommend a maximum workout duration of no more than 30 minutes per
muscle group and day for advanced users. Limit your use to 3 workouts per day with
at least a 4-hour break between workouts.
