Step 3: Insert the top portion of the
handlebar assembly into the lower
portion installed in Step 2, and secure it
in place by folding down the lever on the
clamp.
Step 4: Slide the seat clamps onto both
ends of the seat post.
Step 5: Insert the seat post into the
scooter platform and tighten the clamp
down to secure it to the platform.
