1. Loosen tiller adjustment knob, raise the tiller to the desired position, and then tighten the 

tiller adjustment knob.   

2. Reinstall the upper seat post at the desired height. Secure with the locking pin and tighten 

the seat post knob. 

3. Reinstall the batteries by lowering it in to place. 
4. Replace the seat and rotate it until it locks into its correct position.

After assembling the MINI PHANTOM BY DRIVE, make absolutely certain the tiller
