5. Remove the Socket Head Bolt (54),
the Flange Washer (96), the Outer Flange (55), and
the cut-off wheel (sold separately). See
Figure C.

6. Replace with a new cut-off wheel, and reassemble
the parts listed above in number 5. The concave
side of the Outer Flange (55) must face the
wheel. While holding the Lock Pin (63), tighten the
Socket Head Bolt (54) with the Hex Key (111a).
7.
LOOSEN THE BOLT (112) and make sure
that the Swing Guard (53) moves freely
back into place before operation.
Depth Adjustment
Note:
The Cutting Depth will need to be
adjusted whenever a worn down wheel
is replaced with a new one.
1. Loosen the Nut (15) on the Depth
Adjustment Bolt (16) shown in
Figure D
.

2. Turn the Depth Adjustment Bolt (16) to change
the depth so that the wheel will not contact
the base at any time during cutting.
3. After adjustment, tighten the Nut (15) against the
Bracket (14) to lock the adjustment in place.
