Attaching bottom stretcher

Attach the bottom stretcher (W) between the side legs (X) with four short bolts (RR) and four washers (TT and UU).

Installing base
□
Align and attach the assembled side legs (X) to the bottom panel (Q) and fasten them in place with four long bolts
(SS) and four washers (TT and UU).
