  Do not iron 

STRETCHING

1.   The underblanket must be stretched back to approximately its original size during the 

drying process. This is best done whilst damp, working from side to side, stretching a 

strip at a time. This procedure may need to be repeated a few times until fully dry.

2.   Inspect the blanket to ensure that none of the wires have formed into loops, or become twisted 

back on themselves. Holding the blanket up to the light will make it easier to inspect the wires.

3.   If any problems with the wires persist after the stretching process, or the blanket does 

not return to close to its original size, return it along with the control to our Service Centre 

for a safety inspection.

STORAGE

When not in use store as follows:

When storing the appliance, allow it to cool down before folding.

Avoid creasing the appliance. 

  ATTENTION!

 

Do  not  place  heavy  items  on  the  blanket  when  in  storage,  as  deep 

creases or folds may damage the wiring.

Do not use any moth proofing chemicals. 

TROUBLE SHOOTING

These appliances are built to the very highest of standards. There are no user serviceable 

parts. Follow the solutions if the unit fails to operate.

been followed correctly
Check fuse has not blown
Check mains supply is functional
Check that the blanket control is “ON”
Discontinue use and return it to our Service Centre for a safety 

inspection.
