POSITIONING AND FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

ATTENTION! Your overblanket must ONLY be used as an

overblanket, i.e. over the occupant of the bed or chair/sofa.

POSITIONING THE OVERBLANKET (Diagram [B] and [C] on page I)
1. Make up the bed as normal using a top and bottom sheet.

2. Spread the overblanket over the top sheet ensuring it is lying flat without any rucks or creases.

3. The connector must be at the foot of the bed.

4. Do not fold or tuck in any of the wired areas, connector or the lead to the control as these actions could

result in activating the over heat protection system.

5. Additional bedcovers can be placed on top of  the electric overblanket in order to avoid loss of heat.

6. You can also place the overblanket inside the duvet cover, then place the duvet on top to keep the heat

in. Ensure that the connector is at the bottom end of the duvet cover.

7. If using the overblanket on a chair or sofa, place it over you to keep you warm and cosy.

8. You may wish to wrap the blanket around you, but do not wrap tightly or sit on the blanket as this may

cause the overheat protection system to activate.

9. The connector must be at foot of the blanket.
