11. TROUBLESHOOTING

TROUBLE

Locking mechanisms will not engage

SUGGESTED REMEDY

The rungs are not properly positioned. Extend to the maximum height for 
the rung and attempt to secure again.

The ladder is dirty/contaminated and must be cleaned as instructed in the 
“Care and Maintenance” section.

Telescopic tubes are stiff
