OPERATION & USE

LOADING THE MAGAZINE 

(Fig.2 - 4)

Note: Always disconnect the tool from the air
supply before any adjustments or
maintenance is carried out.
Pull the magazine latch

back to the rear

of the magazine until it engages and locks in
place.

Load the nails (50-90mm) in through the rear
of the magazine at point

To release, pull the latch towards the rear of
the magazine. Lift catch

and slowly allow

the spring action to push the nails into place.

CHECKING THE SAFETY LEVER 

(Fig.5 & 6)

Note: The air nailer is fitted with a trigger
lock. When the magazine is empty or nearing
empty, the safety lever becomes enabled,
stopping the firing operation.
Disconnect from the air supply. Ensure the
magazine is empty and lock the magazine
latch to the rear. The safety lever

should

move in or out without any obstruction. To
test the safety lever is working correctly,
connect the tool to the air supply.
