Trouble
Probable Cause

No power
Pump is stuck
Turn the motor manually (see page 15).
Thermal overload has tripped
Switch OFF and let the machine cool
Faulty power cable
This should be replaced immediately by a
qualified person
Power supply fuse blown
Replace fuse
Pump is not producing
Water inlet filter blocked air leaks
Clean the filter
full power
at connections or hoses
Check that all the connections are locking and
are tight.
Check the water inlet hose pipe is not leaking.
Suction/delivery valves are
Clear or replace valves.
clogged or worn out
Unloader valve is stuck.
Loosen and retighten regulation server.
Lance nozzle incorrect or worn out.
Check and/or replace.
Fluctuating pressure
Pump sucking in air
Check that all hoses and connections are
airtight
Valves dirty, worn out or stuck
Clean or replace.
Sealing worn out.
Check and replace.
Water leaking from pump
Sealing worn out.
Check and replace.
The motor stops suddenly
Thermal safety overload switch has
Switch the unit off and let it cool for 5-10 mins.
