Step 1. For first use, press and hold the “start” button for 8 seconds.
Step 2. Press and hold the “start” button for 3 seconds (the display will flash 3
times). Release the button, and the LCD will then display the remaining number of
days before the filter must be replaced, as well as the remaining filter life (displayed
in bars). The flashing black dot on the lower right corner indicates that the memory
function is working correctly.
Step 3. The number (No.) of days will decrease by 1 each day until the number
reaches 0 and the displayed bars begin flashing, indicating that the filter must be
replaced.
Step 4. To restart the timer, press and hold the “start” button for 8 seconds or until
the display stops flashing. The timer will then reset and start again.
Step 5. To turn off the timer, press and hold the “start” button for 3 seconds. The
display will flash 3 times and the timer will turn off. To turn the timer back on, press
and hold the “start” button for 3 seconds.
LCD TIMER OPERATION
1. For best filtration, we recommend replacing the filter every 2 months with
regular use.
2. Only use tap water with the filter. Other liquids or heavily contaminated water
may clog the filter.
3. Do not use hot water. Only cold water should be used with the filter.
4. Keep filtered water refrigerated. We recommend using the water at the earliest
opportunity for best flavor and freshness.
5. Only clean the pitcher using soapy warm water and a soft cloth. Do not use
strong detergents, which may leave unwanted flavor in the water. Do not clean in a
dishwasher.
