Introduction

Operator’s Responsibility for Patient Safety

The NAD Omicron Monitor will perform as detailed in this manual, and on 
its accompanying label, when assembled, operated, maintained, and 
repaired according to the following instructions.

If your NAD Omicron Monitor needs to be repaired, contact your NAD 
service representative or contact NAD directly at the following address:

modified by any individual or entity other than NAD
