10.5 Fresh Gas Delivery Failure

If the fresh gas mixer fails, the following message is displayed in the 

status field on the screen: “GAS MIXER FAIL” and the numerical values for the 
fresh gas flows appear grayed out to indicate that they may be inaccurate. The 
current ventilation mode remains active.

• Close N2O and air flow control valves

• Check vaporizer setting

• Set O2 flow to the desired level using the total flow meter

NOTE: Refer to the total flow meter for approximate total flow.
