CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Dr.Prepare products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the original purchase
date. If any problems occur, please contact our support team.
We only provide after-sales services for products that are sold by Dr.Prepare or retailers and
distributors authorized by Dr.Prepare. If you have purchased your unit from other channels,
please contact your seller for more information about return and warranty.

Step 2:
Take out the fan and spare parts from the packaging. Loosen 4 screws from the
bottom of your fan.
Connect one base part to the other by the slots. Align the base with the fan via screw
holes (or via the 2 holes for the pillars) and tighten the screws.
You can use the control panel (B) or the remote control (A) to set the fan.
Turn off the fan and unplug the adapter from the wall outlet when the fan is not in use
for long periods.

Press the ON/OFF button , the fan will start at Low speed. When the fan is running, press
the ON/OFF button once to turn off the fan.

Press the SPEED button choose the Fan Speed, including Low, Medium, and High. The
indicator (C) of corresponding fan speed will light up.

Press the MODE button to select the Wind Mode among Natural Mode (NAT) and Sleep
Mode (SLE).

Press the OSC button and the fan starts oscillating. Press this button again to stop oscilla
-
tion. The maximum oscillation angle is 70°.
5.
Press the TIMER button to set the set the timer with 0.5-hour increment (1-7.5 Hours).

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Attention:
Ensure the fan is turned off and unplugged before cleaning.
Use a soft cloth to gently wipe the outer surfaces of the fan clean.
Clean the motor's air inlet to keep it from dust and lint.
Do not immerse any part of the fan in water or other liquids.
CORD STORAGE
If the fan will not be used for long periods, we advise you to store the fan with this manual in
its original packaging in a cool, dry place.
You can coil the power cord around the base and push the plug into the slot at the back of your
fan. Please refer to the picture.
