1.3.2 Using the machine
After you have switched-on the machine, if you insert the coin the buttons will
lite up, one after the other. Press them in the same order. When you fail, the
game is over
1.3.3 Hi-Score
The current version of the speed test records the DAILY HI-SCORE (that is
reset when the machine switches off) and the MACHINE HI-SCORE (that is
stored in non-volatile memory).
When the machine is in attract mode, it will show, one after the other, the last
score, the daily hi-score and the machine hi-score.
When it displays the MACHINE HI-SCORE it will also flash the text "HI" on the
right side of the display.
To RESET the MACHINE HI-SCORE you need to do the following:
1- switch-on the machine.
2- When it displays the software version (i.e. 1.5 etc) press the leftmost
button. The display will flash 3 zeroes.
You can increment the digit number pressing the first number.
You can pass to the next digit pressing the second button.
Acting on those 2 buttons enter 009.
After having entered this code, press the second button and the Hi-Score will
be erased and the machine will reset.
