6.1.10 Discharge high temperature protection
Possible Causes
⚫
The high ambient temperature of the battery leads to excessive battery temperature during
long-term discharge.
⚫
The battery is powered on for the first time and the temperature has not risen above 0 degrees.
⚫
The battery heater is faulty.
Approach
1.
Check whether the battery is located in the heat exhaust area of other heating equipment.
If so, isolate the heat source or replace the battery installation location.
2.
Whether the discharge time in the high temperature environment meets the specifications,
and if not, replace the battery.
6.1.11 Charging high temperature protection
Possible Causes
⚫
The ambient temperature of the battery is high.
Approach
1.
Check whether the battery is located in the heat exhaust area of other heating equipment.
If so, isolate the heat source or replace the battery installation location.
6.1.12 Overcharge protection
Possible causes
⚫
The power module is faulty
⚫
The charging voltage of the power module is not set properly.
Approach
1
. Check whether the setting value of the equal floating charge voltage is reasonable. If it is
not reasonable, adjust it according to the actual situation.
2. Check whether the output voltage of the power module is too high. If it is higher than the
average floating charge voltage setting value and cannot be adjusted, replace the power
module.
6.1.13 Discharge overcurrent protection
Possible causes
⚫
The load is greater than the maximum power of the lithium battery module.
⚫
The load is short-circuited.
Approach
1. Check whether the load is greater than the maximum power of the lithium battery. If so,
increase the lithium battery capacity configuration or reduce the power system load.
2. Check the load circuit for short-circuit faults, and if so, eliminate the fault.
