⚫
The 485 interface communicating with the lithium battery is short-circuited.
Approach
1.
Check if the communication line of the rectifier module is loose. If so, fix the cable.
2.
Check whether there is a short circuit in the 485 interface that communicates with the lithium
battery. If there is a short circuit, remove it.
6.1.7 Rectifier module failure
Possible Causes
⚫
The parallel power line is loose.
⚫
T
he rectifier module hardware damaged.
⚫
Rectifier module external overvoltage
Approach
1.
Check whether the parallel power cables between the rectifier modules are loose, and if so, fix
the cables.
2.
Check whether the system output voltage is too high. If so, disconnect the parallel cables,
check the module output voltage one by one, find the module with abnormally high output
voltage and replace the module.
6.1.8 AC lightning arrester failure
Possible Causes
⚫
AC lightning arrester is faulty.
Approach
1.
Replace the AC lightning protection module
6.1.9 Low temperature protection
Possible Causes
⚫
The battery is discharged for a long time in a low temperature environment.
⚫
The battery is powered on for the first time and the temperature has not risen above 0 degrees.
⚫
The battery heater is faulty.
Approach
1.
Check the APP for a battery heater fault alarm. If so, replace the battery; if not, wait for a
while to see if the battery temperature can rise to 0 degrees. If it can, no processing is needed;
if not, replace the battery.
