SETTING TEMPERATURE 

ADJUST TEMPERATURE:

Set the desired temperature for your press by following the instructions for the specific 

version of your press. A temperature indicating alarm will sound once the set temperature 

has been reached.

Temperature settings very for differnent types and recipies of dough. As a general rule, 

pressing with a temperature setting of 110°-130°F for room temperature pizza dough and 

140°-150°F when using refrigerated dough will produce desireable results. If par baking 

room temperature pizza dough, a temperature range of 275°-325°F is recommended. When 

pressing either corn or flour tortillas, start at 325°F then raise or lower the temperature as 

needed until the desired results are achieved.

ANALOG VERSION ONLY

1.  Turn the temperature dial to the desired set temperature.
2.  The heat indicating lamp will illuminate anytime the heating element is heating and will 

cycle on and off after the set temperature is reached to maintain set temperature.

DIGITAL VERSION ONLY

Touch the temperature readout on the display. “Up” ▲ and “down” ▼ arrows will ap

pear on the right side of the display and the temperature value will start flashing and to 

indicate it is in set mode.

2. 

Press the “UP” ▲ or “DOWN” ▼ arrow to change the temperature value. Holding down 

on an arrow will change the temperature in 1 degree increments for 10 values; then 

change to 10 degrees incremental changes.

3. 

Once the desired temperature value is set, either press the temperature value to lock 

the set temperature or simply wait for 2 seconds and it will lock in the new value auto-

matically.
