Install the monitor on the right pedal arm.
(If the monitor is not stable, you can install the bottom cover first,
and then cover the monitor. )
*If the battery is low, please open the monitor covers and change
a LR44 battery into the battery holder.

Tie two resistance bands on the front foot tube.

Back the handle and the lever.

Pull the pull pin out from hole 1.
