Step 3: Assemble the backrest
For this step, please prepare backrest(No.5), headrest(No.6), lumbar pad(No.7),
shoulder holder(No.8), two sponge sleeves(No.9), knurled clamping nut(No.10)
and M8 flat washer(No.20).
There are two M6 bolts attached on the back of the headrest. Please unscrew them
out. Attach the headrest to the backrest and screw two M6 bolts back.
Attach two sponge sleeves to the shoulder holder. Insert the shoulder holder to the
backrest. And then screw a M8 flat washer and knurled clamping nut to fix.
Attach the lumbar pad on the backrest and stick velcro strips on two sides.

Step 2: Assemble the preventing bars
For this step, please prepare two preventing bars(No.3)(No.4), two M8 flat washers
(No.20), two M8*55mm Hex bolts(No.21) and M14 wrench(No.26)
Attach the front preventing bar to the front of the support. And then screw two M8
flat washers and two M8*55mm Hex bolts to fix it.
Insert the rear preventing bar to the rear of the support. The hook of the rear bar
should be on the left side.
