05 | FIRST COMMISSIONING
05.1 CHARGING THE SUPPLIED LITHIUM-ION BATTERIES
Before first use of the torch, please fully charge the Li-Ion batteries type 18650 (12) with
the supplied charger (11).
CAUTION
Only charge rechargeable Lithium-Ion batteries of the type 18650 with the supplied charger!
The charger is not suited to charge other battery types!
Connect the power cord (11a) with an electrical outlet. The power indicator (11c) lights up
green. Insert one or both Li-Ion batteries (12) into the charging slots (11b).
When inserting
the batteries, pay attention to correct polarity (m/- see charging slots).
While
charging, the charging indicator (11c) lights up red. When fully charged, the charging in-
dicator (11c) turns green.
NOTE
With the supplied charger you can charge one or both 18650 Li-Ion batteries.
CAUTION
Never leave the battery charger unattended while charging the batteries. After charging
disconnect the charger from power supply.
05.2 INSERTING THE LITHIUM ION BATTERIES
NOTE
For operation of the torch only one battery is needed.
Turn the light end piece (3) counter clockwise to the left until the zoom light body (2) is
completely extended. After a slight resistance, continue turning the light end piece (3)
counter clockwise until it is completely unscrewed.
Insert one of the supplied 18650 Li-Ion battery into the battery compartment (4) according
to correct polarity (+/-). Screw on the light end piece (3) again.
07 | USING THE SUPPLIED ACCESSORIES
07.1 CHANGING THE LED MODULES
Make sure to turn off the light with the on/off button (5) before changing the LED module
(7).
To remove the light head (1), hold the zoom light body (2) and turn the light head (1) counter
clockwise to the left. To take out the LED module (7) turn it to the left.
Insert the desired LED module into the LED compartment (8) and screw tight the LED mo-
dule. Screw the light head (1) back onto the light body.

07.2 REMOTE SWITCH
Make sure to turn off the light with the on/off button (5) before mounting the remote
switch (10).
Turn the light end piece (3) counter clockwise to the left until the zoom light body (2) is
completely extended. After a slight resistance, continue turning the light end piece (3)
counter clockwise until it is completely unscrewed.
Screw the end piece of the remote switch (10) to the light body.
The pressure switch (10a) allows an almost silent operation of the light. To switch on
the light, press and hold the pressure switch (10a). To switch off the light, release the
pressure switch.
08 | CLEANING AND STORAGE
Never use aggressive cleansing agents or benzine to clean the device. We recommend a
soft, slightly damp microfiber cloth to clean the outer parts of the device.
Make sure to
take off the charger from power before cleaning!
Store the device in a dust-free, dry and
cool place. This device is not a toy – keep it out of reach of children. Keep away from pets.
06 | OPERATION
06.1 TURNING ON THE LIGHT
To turn on the light, press the on/off button (5) at the light end piece.
06.2 ZOOMING
For a pointed, focused light beam with a high distance, turn the light end piece (3) counter
clockwise to the left until the zoom light body (2) is fully extended.
For spread light with a broad coin of light, turn the light end piece (3) clockwise to the
right, until the zoom light body (2) is fully retracted.
CAUTION
Do not look directly into the LED and do not direct the light beam into the eyes of humans or
animals!
Press the on/off button (5) to turn off the light after use.
