Volume control
The volume can be adjusted during a call with

On hold
A call in progress can be put on hold by pressing
O
, press once again to return to
call. If a call is put on hold
is shown in the display. If the opposite party puts the
call on hold
is shown.
Mute button
The microphone can be muted during a call with
C
. Press

again to activate the
microphone.
Use

to delete wrong numbers entered in a phone number.
Change ring signal
Press
in standby mode to change ring signal.
Troubleshooting
Check that the telephone cord is undamaged and the USB is properly plugged in.
The following icons can be shown in the message field in the lower right of the
screen

The phone is connected correctly.
The phone is not connected or connected incorrectly.
Skype has not been started or Skype with Doro225 is not allowed to use Skype.
If there is no sound in the phone, see that Skype is set correctly. Click on Tools
Settings
Audio units and select USB Audio Device (Doro 225IPC) for Sound in,
Sound out and Ring signal.

the unlikely event of a fault occurring, please contact the place of purchase. Proof of
purchase is required for any service or support required during the guarantee period.
This guarantee shall not apply to a fault caused by an accident or a similar incident
or damage, liquid ingress, negligence, abnormal usage or any other circumstances
on the user’s part. Furthermore, this guarantee shall not apply to a fault caused by
a thunderstorm or any other voltage fluctuations. As a matter of precaution, we
recommend disconnecting the telephone during a thunderstorm.
