Belt Return Installation
Typical Belt Return Components (Figure 22)

1. Attach the chain return shoes (Figure 23, item 1) to the
return shaft (Figure 23, item 2) .

2. Slide the return shaft (Figure 24, item 1) up and
through the large slot (Figure 24, item 2) in the frame
(picture shown without the belt or wear strips).

3. Push up on the return shaft (Figure 24, item 1) and slide
the notched end of the shaft through the small slot on the
opposite side of the frame.
4. See Step 7 of Belt Installation to check for proper belt
sag.
